Sara grew up in a hamlet in a remote area. Her home was situated in a small valley surrounded by lush green fields. There was this small waterfall gushing just outside her home. The water fell on cobbled stones nearby creating rhythmic music. Birds flourished on the trees around her home as if they knew what a beautiful heaven it was. The wildflowers grew in abundance around creating a riot of colours. It was as if Claude Mõnet’s painting had come alive. And in this mystical place, the place which was Sara’s favorite was her bedroom. It was a small modest room with little furnishing. Sara didnt have much toys either. However the best part of her room was this big french window which faced West. Just outside the window was a big Mogra tree, which was blooming in abundance due to Summer. Whenever Sara slept at night, she kept this window open. The cool west summer wind blew in night and alongwith it brought fragrance of the mogra flowers into Sara’s room. This fragrance was Sara’s favorite.
And now after all these years, when Sara had shifted and settled in her big city life, this fragrance was all that was needed to take her back to her heaven, her home back in that small hamlet.
