Return requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and going to “My profile” page.
If you have checked out as a Guest, kindly scroll down on the website to “Request return/exchange ” option present on the footer and enter your details to proceed with the footer.
- Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact and the product is not being used/washed/damaged.
- Orders for which the packaging is damaged, or seal is broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
- The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
- All items go through a quality check by our Quality team.
- Once the quality check is ensured, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- Sale items and certain other items as pre-mentioned on the website cannot be returned. However, you may have the option of getting them exchanged.

- Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped.
- Cancellation requests can be placed through contact form available on the footer of the website.
- For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is available via bank transfer.

Triibe Sosh reserves the right at its sold discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to order cancellations are unavailable quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or any other unforeseen problems. We may contact you , if any of your orders are canceled. For prepaid orders, the amount will be returned to the account.
